Only Firefox and Kiwi Browser support extensions on Android mobile devices.

Only Orion Browser supports extensions on iOS mobile devices. It's very buggy and not recommended, but it does work. Unfortunately, to translate an image, you have click on the Torii icon twice, otherwise it spins forever. You might have to reload the website to get your image. Make sure you install from Firefox add-ons if using the Orion browser.
